Following a Thanksgiving we all never expected, the following are worth reflecting on and sharing gratitude.

The technology we were responsible for provided flexibility for the entire community to work, learn, and remain in communication during the spring, summer, and fall months.

Google GSuite provided flexibility, communication, and resources to maintain an efficient working environment.

Zoom allowed for continued “face-to-face” interactions with team members, faculty, and students.

Slack and Asana assisted the technology team in tracking, communicating, and reviewing topics or individuals that required attention.

Zendesk afforded the team a centralized place to review, delegate, and communicate with the community.

Cisco and Darktrace provided infrastructure and systems to access resources internally and externally efficiently.

The technical support team was fundamental to being available, quick, and thoughtful in their responses to the community’s needs. The team showed compassion and empathy with the community.

Reviewing the last months and years, health, empathy, and supporting each other remains critical during these times.
